Fruits: apples, oranges, strawberries, peaches, grapes, bananas, melons, etc. (frozen, fresh/raw, dried or canned)
Vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, kale, asparagus, cabbage, greens, squash, corn, potatoes, etc.
Other Natural Foods: Beans, peas, seeds, nuts, non-dairy milk, water, natural sweeteners, etc.
Foods to Avoid
(Junk food) Candy, cookies, chips, pies, and cookies. (Carbs) bread, rice, and pasta. (Red Meats) Beef and Pork. (Caffeinated drinks) coffee and sodas.
